9th sessions under the Red Poppy Campaign to spread awareness against drug abuse citizens was held for anganwadi workers and officers of the ICDS and Women Empowerment department in the Collectorate Auditorium in Indore on 19th April. Large number of women volunteers and officers attended and were made aware regarding the types of narcotic drugs, ill effects of drug use, measures for prevention and de-addiction of the already addicted was discussed. Especially designed awareness posters were distributed and a small skit for spreading awareness againt drugs was also staged by a special group of students trained by us.
